My professional journey so far has been full of both failures and successes; each of which I am grateful for.

Managed all marketing for 114-acre real estate development in the country of Belize including online advertising, Salesforce/Pardot processes, website management, and developing sales support materials. Increased monthly leads by an average of 32.8% without changing the marketing budget. Helped shorten the time from lead to sale from 25 months to within 12 months, resulting in a 25.4% increase in revenue the first year.
Was the exclusive importer for Aerotools, BV of Netherlands for a new hair cutting system used by licensed cosmetologists. Handled all sales and marketing operations. Managed small sales and creative team that established distribution in 17 states. Received television publicity on Good Day LA and FOX Milwaukee. Served on a Task Force for the Professional Beauty Association.

Successfully integrated an email marketing software that tied revenue generating activities to email engagement. Co-creator of Shot-O-Matic, an iPhone application with over 400 shot recipes. Served as Project Manager for the 7 month project, overseeing application development, testing and launch. Lead creative process including, logo/brand development, user interface design, and shot recipes and names. Worked with app developer in navigating the iOS SDK for successful submission to the Apple App Store.
