Every year we added or enhanced a digital component, resulting in a consistent boost in sales. Often times designing and writing the creative, I would also ensure effective placement on all digital channels including Facebook, Google, SMS, email, website, in-store TV’s, and printed collateral.

When I first started consulting with At the Beach, there was no SMS marketing in place. The owner and I immediately launched a campaign to get existing customers in the program as well as make it a standard for all new customers. From it’s inception to the sale of the company, the program grew to nearly 100,000 subscribers (the chart to the left shows the rapid growth in the first 6 months). It was a major component in achieving year-over-year sales growth.
